Whether you are selling your house, concerned about your septic system, or just maintaining a current record of system compliance, I can inspect your septic system.
Existing system: $325 + tank pump
This includes type I and type III septic systems. Your tank must be empty at the time of inspection.

Holding tank: $225 + tank pump
A holding tank is referred to as a type II system. Your tank must be empty at the time of inspection.

New system: $300
Depending on your location, your local unit of government may not inspect brand new systems. This is rare, but there are a few around that don’t. If you’re not sure if your local unit of government inspects new systems, call them first.

Please note that you will only receive your official inspection report once I have received payment for the inspection. I will send your inspection report to your local unit of government, per MPCA requirement. I cannot withhold a failing system report from the government.
