Residential septic inspections & designs
Whether you are selling your house, concerned about your septic system, or know you’re in need of a new system, I can inspect or design your septic system.
New or Existing system inspection: $325 + tank pump cost
Your tank must be empty at the time of inspection, which I can coordinate for you. Fee for inspection waived (except tank pump cost) if your system is failing and you hire me for the design of your new system.

Holding tank only inspection: $200 + tank pump cost
Your tank must be empty at the time of inspection, which I can coordinate for you.

Septic design: $600 + applicable county fees
Designs often require multiple visits to the site including one with the County. You will receive the full design packet, and I can give recommendations for local installers if you do not have one already. My designs are intended for professional, licensed installers only.
